National Foundation of CPSR

The CPSR (Certified Professional Service Representative)  is a nation-wide designation program for professional Service Representatives in the insurance field.  The designation requires in-depth training and testing in the areas of insurance agency operations, and one or both subjects of personal insurance coverages and commercial insurance coverages.

CPSR Designees

These designations give you immediate recognition as a trained Customer Service Representative.  This makes it easier to find a career position, and to advance within your position.

Employers

These designations identify individuals that have had extensive training in the designation line and agency operations.  A potential employee with a CPSR designation will need very little additional training and supervision to become a productive member of the agency.
